By accessing or using RayBot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
RayBot is a crypto wallet tracking application that provides real-time alerts and monitoring for cryptocurrency wallets across multiple blockchains. The Service includes a Telegram bot, web dashboard, and related tools for tracking wallet activity, transactions, and portfolio performance.
3. User Accounts
You must authenticate via Telegram to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RayBot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RayBot, a RayBot employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.
- To use any automated means to access the Service or collect data from the Service without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RayBot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RayBot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RayBot, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
